Quick Clean · Case Study 01

Commercial Laundry Growth in India

As Marketing and Communication Manager, I owned the end-to-end commercial growth system, from ICP definition, lead qualification, CRM workflows and automation to sales enablement, events, brand messaging, nurturing and pipeline support, in close partnership with sales and leadership.

Opportunity

Three connected sales gaps were increasing effort and slowing qualified opportunity creation.

01Qualification happened too late. Account data was scattered, so sales conversations often began before sufficient research or qualification. Several early meetings were needed to establish basic fit, consuming time and delaying commercially meaningful discussions.

02Weak category positioning. Hotels and hospitals either managed laundry in-house or viewed outsourced operators as interchangeable vendors. Quick Clean needed to show how linen quality, consistency and availability affected guest experience, patient safety and operational continuity.

03Sales operations were too manual. Research, CRM updates, follow-up, lead routing and quotation preparation depended heavily on manual work. This slowed response times, increased avoidable errors and made the pipeline harder to manage.

Solution

The response connected three systems: qualify before meetings, standardise the market story and automate repetitive sales work.

01 Pre-meeting qualification system
Qualification area Criteria
Property stage Greenfield · Brownfield
Account fit Hotels with 150+ rooms · Hospitals with 250+ beds · City and market potential
Current setup In-house laundry · Existing vendor · Pre-opening requirement
Buying group Owner / GM / CFO · Operations / Purchase · Housekeeping / Infection Control
Lead score Fit · Pain · Urgency · Access · Timing
Sales handoff Sales meeting after qualification

Research and scoring happened before sales engagement. This reduced unnecessary meetings and helped the team approach the right account, city and stakeholder with a clearer commercial reason.

02 Brand positioning and sales enablement

The work went beyond changing a tagline. The category story, stakeholder messaging, sales collateral, proof and distribution were aligned so the same value proposition appeared throughout the buying journey.

01 Sector narrative

Hospitality messaging focused on guest experience, hygiene perception and room turnaround. Healthcare messaging focused on patient safety, infection control, compliance and operational continuity.

02 Stakeholder messaging

Separate reasons to act were developed for owners, GMs, finance, purchase, housekeeping, operations, engineering and infection-control teams.

03 Collateral standardisation

PPTs, proposals, brochures, company profile, pitch templates, website content and supporting sales material were aligned to one structure.

04 Proof and feedback

Client testimonials and feedback were collected, recurring objections were documented and the messaging and collateral were improved accordingly.

05 Market activation

I represented Quick Clean at 10+ hospitality events, supported by campaigns, relationship-led outreach, PR and visibility across industry publications.

06 Sustainability positioning

Sustainability messaging connected resource efficiency and ReWeave360’s circular linen model to measurable ESG value, cost efficiency and stronger brand credibility.

03 Connected Marketing and Sales Automation

The workflow connected account research, qualification, CRM, inbound and field sources, multichannel follow-up, reply handling, nurture and sales handoff in one operating system.
